Who is this Program for?
This is for the parent who wants to go to bed each night knowing they did the best that they could do for their child. This lesson is to help parents find ways to be happy with themselves so they may teach their children how to be happy.
This program is for the parent who notices how fast the time is going. This is for the parent who feels nervous about missing important moments. This program is to help parents find ways to be happy with themselves so they may teach their children how to be happy. This is not a lesson on perfect parenting. This is an acceptance that we are not perfect but we can be mindful and loving daily- no matter how it all goes. In fact, it embraces imperfection and shows parents how to self correct and elf soothe in front of children so we can model good habits. This program is to help you develop healthy habits to be the best version of yourself for you and your family. We run through life and do not think about what we reflect to our children. The goal is to show your children/model for them the behavior you want them to have. These very simple steps can make you feel that you are doing your best and giving your children the very best self you can present.
This is a self-study program. You get the lessons and complete them on your own. This is for someone who is self motivated and ready to create change.
